A weekend house on bucolic Mecox Bay in Water Mill was refreshed in just a two-month period.
The approach consisted of muting the overwhelming woodwork into more subdued pale tones with faux paneling on the walls.
As the client did not wish to upgrade his furniture, all pieces shown in photos are pre-existing.
