A young Wall Street man purchased a large loft downtown Manhattan that was part of a newly redeveloped old factory. The developer provided the usual “white shoe box” so that the buyer can customize it as they please.
Marco was brought on board and immediately envisioned a warm open space with deep colors such as beluga to go with the new brick wall.
Symmetry had to be established and arched windows were introduced to soften the rigid existing architecture.
A large custom made sitting area was designed for entertaining, an office space was created out of nowhere, a fireplace was installed and a poll table was purchased.
Large-scale murals were also introduced.
